Support for You, Without Judgment
Sometimes life feels heavy even if from the outside “everything looks fine.” If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, numb, angry, constantly on edge, or just “not like yourself,” you don’t have to figure it out alone. Speak to a trained psychologist in a private, respectful space — in person or online.
Book a sessionIf you’ve been thinking “I’m not myself lately” — this section is for you.
We work with adults and young adults who feel stressed, overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or just not okay but can’t explain it. If any of the following resonates with you, you’re in the right place.
Stress or Burnout
From work, business pressure, or studies — you’re exhausted and running on fumes.
Constant Overthinking
Racing thoughts, worry, “what ifs,” panic-like feelings, your mind doesn’t slow down.
Low Mood or Numbness
No motivation, loss of interest, feeling “empty” or “tired in your head.”
Irritability or Anger
Sleep issues, irritability, sudden anger outbursts.
Grief and Loss
Grief after a breakup, divorce, loss, or a major life change.
Boundary Stress
Trouble setting boundaries with friends, family, partner, or employer.
Heavy Self‑Blame
Guilt, shame, or self-blame that doesn’t go away.
“I don’t feel like myself”
Feeling “I’m not myself anymore, and I don’t know why.”
How The Mind Care helps
You’ll work 1:1 with a qualified psychologist. The goal is not to judge you or label you. The goal is to understand what is happening in your daily life, map the emotional pattern behind it, and build a plan that fits you.
Understand your feelings
Make sense of what you’re feeling and why it keeps coming back.
Learn coping tools
Tools to manage stress, anger, anxiety or emotional shutdown.
Rebuild self-respect
Rebuild self-confidence and self-respect.
Move towards living
Move from “surviving the day” to “living the day with more control.”
Therapy-first: We do not immediately change your medical treatment. If, during the process, it looks like medical support might also be useful, we connect you to one of our tie-up psychiatrist clinics for a medical opinion. You stay in charge of what you choose.
What happens in your first session
Many people are nervous about “what will they ask me?” Here’s what actually happens:
You talk. We listen.
You set the pace. You don’t have to give your entire life story in one sitting.
We focus on now
We ask about what’s bothering you right now — stress, anger, breakup, burnout, family pressure, sleep, body tension, etc.
We help you name it
We help you name what you’re feeling and where it shows up (work, relationship, sleep, body tension, anger, etc.).
We plan next steps
Together, we discuss next steps. That may include regular sessions, practical coping strategies, or support for a specific situation.
Confidential, in your language
You can speak to a psychologist in:
Sessions available: In multiple branches across Chennai, as well as online if you want privacy or you’re not based in Chennai.
Confidential: Your session is private. We do not share what you discuss with family, partner, employer, etc. unless you explicitly ask us to or there is a serious safety concern.
No judgment: You are not “too sensitive,” “dramatic,” or “weak.” You are reacting to real pressure. Our job is to understand and support, not to shame you.
Some things can’t wait
If you contact us before 10 AM on a weekday (Mon–Fri), we will do our best to arrange a same-day appointment with a psychologist, subject to availability.
Same-day booking is not assured for appointments requested after 10 AM or on Saturdays.
