What is AYUSH?

AYUSH is the acronym of the medical systems that are being practiced in India such as Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy. These systems are based on definite medical philosophies and represent a way of healthy living with established concepts on prevention of diseases and promotion of health. The basic approach of all these systems on health, disease and treatment are holistic.  Because of this, there is a resurgence of interest on   AYUSH systems. Yoga has now become the icon of global health and many countries have started integrating it in their health care delivery system.

What Yoga Certification Board (YCB)

Yoga Certification Board is established for certification of Yoga professionals and accreditation Institutions, prescribing syllabus for various levels of Yoga trainers and any such activities that may be considered necessary for promotion of Yoga. Professional assessment of these service providers are carried so as to certify the competencies so that user of the the service is assured of the skill sets possessed by the trainer.

Yoga Protocol Instructor – Level 1

ABOUT COMPLAINT HANDLING MECHANISM

About

Complaints are an important way for the management of an organization to be accountable to the public, as well as providing valuable prompts to review organizational performance and the conduct of people that work within and for it.

Reception of Complaint

The complaint can be dropped in our suggestion box kept outside the office of President. The Complaint can be recorded in the complaint register placed at the reception of The Mind Care India also can send through Postal & E mail.

Handling Of complaint

As per SOP complaint handling mechanism will be implemented and executed without any violation of procedures.

The complaint register will be put up to General Secretary Every 15 Days & to the president every month.

The complaint box will be opened every month in font of General Secretary.

Mail/By Post complaint will be put up in Two working Days to General  Secretary

If any complaint is received without name, Contact Details of the individual, will not be considered as valid complaint.

All Grievances received will be registered and acknowledged by within one week time.

On receipt of Committee report, President will take a final decision which will be communicated to the individual
